Sue Edwards Real Estate owned and operated by Sue Edwards has been open for business since 9 July 2007 and whilst originally part of a major franchise group Sue’s decision to go it along has proven very successful.
Being a true local resident and having lived and raised 2 children in the area for over 23 years Sue has a good insight as to what the area has to offer, a good knowledge of the local pre schools, local schools, all the local amenities including the local businesses and most importantly a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Sue considers herself to be a neighbour expert and can not only offer sound advice for any prospective seller but her insight into our area is often invaluable when helping a prospective buyer to truly consider what the property may have to offer and the benefits of living in such a great area.
Her husband Ken also takes an active part in the day to day operation of the business and can provide a different perspective on selling or buying and this coupled with the ability to offer a husband and wife team provides a good balance across what is difficult time during the sale or buying process.
